Learn how we work
For initial cleaning, we work by the hour. Regular and Deep Cleaning services are $220 per hour for a team of 4 cleaners. Post-Construction and Move-Out Cleanings are $240 per hour. The time required depends on the service type, the size, and the current condition of the home. We recommend 1 to 1.5 hours per 1,000 square feet for a thorough deep cleaning.
Regular cleanings are typically faster, depending on the condition of the house.
After the initial cleaning, we’ll set a recurring schedule with a fixed price per visit, determined by the frequency of service.
All services require a minimum of 1 hour.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 fee.
Same-day cancellations will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total cleaning service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours
The estimated time is based off the size of your house, if your house requires more time than estimated, we will make sure it is OK to continue until finished, time depends on the size and condition of the house.
